You’ll gain an understanding of how changes in estrogen levels in your body may lead to vaginal dryness. And you’ll learn how Menopause affects the tissues lining your vagina and urethra, leading to to greater sensitivity, burning, infections, or itchiness and an increased susceptibility to incontinence. You’ll discover all of the traditional and alternative therapies available to help mitigate and even eliminate these symptoms when and if they present themselves. The course will also examine how menopause can lead to a higher incidence of urinary tract infections or vaginal infections, which can interfere with your desire to have sex. You’ll learn what you can do to reduce these risks and eliminate any anxiety about having intercourse. You’ll leave the course armed with the knowledge you need to prevent tract infections and keep vaginal and urinary changes from interfering with your life.
